Hatha Vinyasa: Groove Into Your Flow
This Yoga class is Hatha Vinyasa for all levels to move, stretch, strengthen and balance the body. The experiential practice will allow for transformation to the whole system; mind, body and soul.
"Music and yoga have a great synergy." - Michael Franti Yoga and music are powerful tools to bring people together and create connection. Deanna loves thel practice of yoga and how people can feel good by moving their bodies in the present moment. As an extensively trained yogini, with over 1000RYT, you can usually find her teaching students how to intelligently move their bodies at Modo Yoga Sherwood Park or educating students through the Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport and Recreation at the University of Alberta and MacEwan University. When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga, you’ll find her listening to music and planning her next adventure. Deanna is looking forward to grooving to the music at the Borealis Festival and sharing her practice with you.
